焙烧温度和时间对磷化钨催化剂重整反应活性的影响 被引量:2

Influence of preparation conditions on the catalytic performance of tungsten phosphide catalyst in carbon dioxide reforming of methane

摘要 采用柠檬酸络合法通过程序升温还原方法制得磷化钨(WP)催化剂,在常压连续微型化固定床反应装置中,以物质的量比为1∶1的甲烷和二氧化碳的混合气为反应气,在不同反应温度下对催化剂的重整活性进行了评价。考察了不同焙烧温度和焙烧时间等制备条件对WP催化活性的影响。实验结果表明,催化剂活性随焙烧温度先增加后降低,773 K为最佳焙烧温度;同时,焙烧时间对催化剂活性也有明显的影响,5 h为最佳焙烧时间。 Bulk tungsten phosphide catalysts were prepared by temperature programmed reduction (TPR)in hydrogen of tungsten phosphate precursors, which were modified by citric acid (CA) complexation. Subsequently, catalyst activity evaluation was performed in the dry reforming of methane with carbon dioxide reaction (DRM) at three different temperatures, and the molar ratio of 1 : 1 mixture of CH4 and CO2 was used as the reaction gas. The experiment results showed that the catalyst activity increased with the calcination temperature decreasing after the first and 773 K was the best baking temperature ,while roasting time has a significant impact on the catalytic activi- ty, and 5 h was the best roasting time.
