摘要 依据现代设计理论和方法,对在承受顶部加压工况下的乘用车的车身结构进行轻量化设计。在车身结构轻量化设计过程中,采用正交实验设计进行样本取样,根据所得样本数据,利用移动最小二乘法构建回归模型,同时为了避免传统响应面法完全依赖于最开始选定的实验点的问题,而选取自适应响应面法为优化手段。利用HyperStudy软件进行优化求解,得到优化后的部件厚度分别为2.0、1.2、1.7、0.5 mm。通过验证,在保证车身顶部安全性能不损失的前提下,使得部件总质量降低了2.23%。 In view of safety performance of the roof crash resistance, the paper takes the advantage of modern design theories and methods in the process of lightweight design of autobody structure. The sample data was obtained utilizing orthogonal experimental design. Then moving least square was used to build a regression model. The tradi- tional response surface method was entirely dependent on the sample points which were selected at the very begin- ning. The problem in the wake of above defect could be averted by using the adaptive response surface method. The project was optimized by using Hyper Study software. Finally, the optimized parameters were determined as 2.0, 1.2,1.7, and 0.5 ram. The weight of the structural component could be decreased by 2.23 % without losing safety performance of body structure.
