摘要
通过熔融聚合法合成了粉末涂料用端羧基型饱和聚酯树脂,并在此基础上接枝了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA),引入不饱和双键作为活性热固化基团。研究了催化剂浓度对端羧基转化率的影响,采用红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱表征了双键封端前后分子结构与性能的变化。并将合成的树脂制成粉末涂料,考察其固化后涂层性能。
The carbon-carbon double bond group terminated polyester resin for powder coatings was prepared by melt polymerization, and then was grafted with glycidyl methacrylate (GMA). The effect of catalyst concentration on the conversion of the terminated carboxyl group of polyester was investigated. The structure and properties of polyester resin were charac- terized by FT-IR and GPC. The synthesized unsaturated polyester was used to prepare powder coatings, and the performance of the cured coating was determined.
