樗叶花椒树皮精油化学成分及其抗氧化活性 被引量:2

Chemical Composition and Antioxidant Activities of the Essential Oil from Twigs Bark of Zanthoxylum ailanthoides

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取樗叶花椒树皮精油,气相色谱-质谱联用法分离并分析鉴定其成分及相对含量,并研究了精油的抗氧化活性。结果表明,在樗叶花椒树皮精油中共鉴定出54个化合物,樗叶花椒树皮中精油的主要成分为(-)-松油烯醇(17.64%)、桉叶醇(13.82%)、香桧烯(11.73%)、γ-萜品烯(10.88%)、α-蒈烯(8.00%)、芳樟醇(6.93%)、萜品油烯(5.86%)、α-萜品醇(4.44%)、(-)-α-水芹烯(2.25%)等;400 ppm的樗叶花椒树皮中精油对超氧阴离子自由基(O-·2)、羟基自由基(·OH)、有机自由基(DPPH·)以及体外模拟胃液中亚硝酸根离子(NO-2)的清除率分别达到17.4%、49.1%、48.7%和50.8%。 The chemical composition of the steam disfillated essential oil obtained from twigs bark of Zanthoxylum ailan- t/w/des was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and anfioxidant activities of the essential oil were analyzed. C,C-MS analysis of the oil resulted in determination of 54 compounds. (-)-terpinen-4-ol( 17.64% ) ,euca- lyptol( 13.82% ), sabinene ( 11.73% ), γ-terpinene ( 10. 88% ), σ-carene ( 8.00% ), linalool ( 6.93% ), terpinolene ( 5. 86 % ), a-terpineol (4.44%) and ( - ) -σ-phellandrene ( 2.25 % ) were determined as the major components. The in- hibition percentages of superoxide anion free radical( O2- ) ,hydroxyl free radical( · OH) ,DPPH radical and eliminating NO2- (scavenging activity) of the essential oi1(400 ppm) were 17.4% ,49.1% ,48.7% and 50.8%, respectively.
