摘要
研究了高分子螯合剂乙硫氮处理铜冶炼工业废水的工艺条件。实验结果表明:在常温下,将铜冶炼工业废水的pH调至6~7,质量分数为10%的乙硫氮溶液用量为2 mL,快速搅拌(300 r/min)1 min,慢速搅拌(100 r/min)10 min,处理后的废水中Cu2+、Pb2+、Zn2+、Cd2+、Ni2+等重金属离子的残留浓度均为微量,低于国家污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)允许值或一级标准。
The process conditions for treating wastewater from copper-smelting industry by using macromolecule chelating agent,diethyl-amino-xanthate have been studied. The experimental results show that under normal temperature,the pH of wastewater from copper smelting industry to 6-7,dosage of diethyl-amino-xanthate (mass concentration 10%) is 2 mL,fast stirring time 1 minute and slow stirring time 10 minutes. The treated residual concentration of heavy metal ions, such as Cu2+,Pb2+,Zn2+,Cd2+,Ni2+,etc. in the wastewater are all trace,lower than the allowable value or the first level of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
