摘要
采用氧化破乳—混凝气浮—UASB—接触氧化—沉淀工艺处理某飞机制造厂荧光废水,运行结果表明:当进水COD、BOD5、SS、色度分别为7 000、2 000、200 mg/L、400度时,出水COD、BOD5、SS、色度分别为105、24、20mg/L、57度,出水可稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级排放标准要求,处理效果稳定。
The comb ined process,oxidation demulsification-coagulation flotation-UASB-contact oxidation-sedi-mentation,has been used for treating fluorescence wastewater of a aircraft factory. The operation results show that when the average mass concentration of COD,BOD5,SS,and chroma in influent are 7 000,2 000,200 mg/L and 400 degree,respectively,the corresponding effluent concentration of COD,BOD5,SS and chroma are 105,24,20 mg/L and 57 degree,respectively,all of which could meet the requirements for the second grade standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996),and the treatment effect is stable.
