摘要
通过介绍日本对柿单宁的功能性及其在食品、保健、医药以及工业领域的应用,尤以"西条"柿的防醉酒功能产品开发为例,探讨我国柿产业的发展前景。
The development and utility of persimmon tannin in the field of food, health-care, medicine and industry in Japan was introduced, among them the persimmon 'Saijo' product for anti-drunken-sickness was taken as an example to discuss the future development of persimmon industry in China.
