摘要
利用原子吸收分光光度计和原子荧光分光光度计对云南省不同产地和不同品种的食用薯蓣进行了全量铜、锌、铅及总砷含量的测定,并对薯蓣中全量铜、锌、铅、总砷的含量进行了安全性评价。结果表明:(1)云南主要食用薯蓣中全量铜、锌、砷的含量均未超出NY861—2004对薯类制品重金属含量的限量要求;全量铅的含量有7个样品超出了该限量标准的要求;(2)云南食用薯蓣中重金属的单因子污染指数的大小次序为Pb>Cu>Zn>As,其中,Pb的单因子污染指数较大;(3)除3个样品的综合污染指数处于安全水平外,其他样品的综合污染指数处于警戒线以上。
Using atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer, the total contents of Cu, Zn, Pb, As in Yunnan different kinds and producing areas of edible yam were determined, and the safety of these heavy metal elements was evaluated. The results were as follows: (1)The total contents of Cu, Zn, As didn't exceeded the limits of standards, but the contents of Pb in seven samples exceed the limits. (2)The single factor pollution index of heavy metals in the order of Pb〉Cu〉Zn〉As. The single factor pollution index of Pb was more larger. (3)Excluding the three samples, the comprehensive pollution index of other samples were higher than the warning line.
