摘要
目的:定量测定疏血通注射液、血塞通注射液、血栓通注射液的抗凝血酶活性。方法:建立了紫外可见分光光度法与抗凝法相结合的方法,测定了凝血酶时间与凝血酶效价的常用对数的标准曲线,其中线性方程Y=-0.8954X+2.190,r=-0.9999,线性范围为0.232-1.16 U·mL-1。结果:疏血通注射液、血塞通注射液、血栓通注射液均具有抗凝血酶活性,但三者的抗凝血酶活性有显著性差异。疏血通注射液的抗凝血酶活性为10.6-13.0 U·mL-1;血塞通注射液的抗凝血酶活性为6.9-13.6 U·mL-1;血栓通注射液的抗凝血活性为4.6-9.8 U·mL-1。结论:疏血通注射液和血塞通注射液的抗凝血酶活性高于血栓通注射液。
Objective:To establish a method for the detection and comparison of antithrombin activity of Shuxuetong,Xuesaitong and Xueshuantong injection. Methods:A method was created for detecting the antithrombin activity with the combination of the UVvis spectrophotometer and the anticoagulation method. The standard curve of the logarithm of thrombin time and titer was measured. The linear equation was Y = 0. 8954 X + 2. 190( r =0. 9999) and the linear range was 0. 2321. 16 U mL1. Results:Shuxuetong,Xuesaitong and Xueshuantong injection all had antithrombin activity. However,a significant difference was found among them. The antithrombin activities of Shuxuetong,Xuesaitong and Xueshuangtong were 10. 613. 0,6. 913. 6 and 4. 69. 8 U·mL1,respectively. Conclusion:The antithrombin effect of Shuxuetong injection and Xuesaitong injection is higher than that of Xueshuantong injection.
