摘要 目的:制备及表征罗丹明B分子印迹毛细管整体柱并用于样品检测。方法:采用新型三元混合致孔剂,经紫外光引发、原位聚合制备罗丹明B分子印迹固相微萃取毛细管整体柱,用蠕动泵在一定的压力下洗脱模板分子,考察制备及洗脱过程中的主要因素;采用HPLC法对柱性能进行表征。色谱条件:色谱柱为Acclaim 120 C18柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为甲醇-水(75∶25),流速0.6 mL·min-1,检测波长550 nm;对市售辣椒样品中的罗丹明B进行测量。结果:探索并确定了该柱的合成、洗脱及应用条件,实际样品测量的回收率介于102%~109%。结论:该柱对罗丹明B具有高灵敏度及选择性,可以对罗丹明B样品进行简单、高效的前处理。 Objective:To prepare and characterize the rhodamine B molecular imprinted capillary monolithic column for sample testing. Methods:A new type of trimixed solvent was used as the porogen,the rhodamine B molecular imprinted capillary monolithic column was synthesized through in situ polymerization by UV irradiation. The template molecular was removed by peristaltic pump under a given pressure. The main factors affecting the synthesis and remove procedure were investigated. The performance of the column was tested by HPLC. A Acclaim 120 C18( 5 μm,4.6 mm ×250 mm) column was adopted,the mixture of methanol and water( 75∶25) was used as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 0. 6 mL·min1,and the detection wavelength was at 550 nm. This method was applied to the determination of rhodamine B in samples of commercial pepper. Results:The conditions for synthesis,elution and application of the column were explored and identified. The recoveries of determination of real samples ranged from 102% to 109%. Conclusion:The results show that the obtained column exhibits high sensitivity and selectivity,it can be used as a simple,efficient pretreatment method for rhodamine B samples.
