摘要
介绍了中海油LS36-1终端天然气深冷凝液回收流程以及对终端流程的HYSYS软件模拟。在流程模拟中,物流的冷凝压力和温度设定对整个流程的操作和运营有很重要的影响。通过使用HYSYS软件中自带的Property Table工具,绘制了进入低温分离器物流的冷凝曲线图,对冷凝曲线图中冷凝率变化速率的分析,确定了冷凝分离的压力和温度范围,为整个深冷凝液回收流程的模拟和优化提供了可靠的参考依据。最后,通过固定温度和压力两个参数中对C3收率影响较小的压力,模拟分析了温度变化对C3收率及分馏塔热负荷的影响;同时,分析结果也显示,冷凝流程中增加直接接触塔对冷凝温度范围选择没有影响。
The cryogenic NGL recovery process and the HYSYS process simulation in LS36 - 1 oil & gas processing terminal of CNOOC was presented in this paper. Setting of the condensing pressure and temperature has an important effect on the opera- tion of the whole NGL recovery process. By using the Property Table tool of the HSYSYS simulation software, the condensing curve graph of the material flow entering the LTS was made. By analyzing the changing speed of the condensing rate, the pressure and temperature range of condensing separation were confirmed. It gave a reliable reference basis for the simulation and optimiza- tion of the whole NGL cryogenic recovery process. Finally, by fixing the pressure which is less affect the C3 recovery rate compa- ring to the temperature, it is simulated and analyzed that how the variation of temperature affect the C3 recovery and thermal load of fractionating column. The analysis result also indicates that the DHX tower has no effects on the selection of condensing tem- perature range.
