摘要
目的 比较3种不同大脑中动脉线栓改良方法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型的效果.方法 将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为A、B、C组,每组20只.对3组大鼠采用不同线栓插入方法建立大脑中动脉线栓模型.分别检测3组大鼠的模型制作成功率、术后72 h内死亡率、平均手术时间及插入线栓所需时间.观察术后72 h存活的成功模型大鼠脑组织的病理改变.结果 C组大鼠术后72 h内死亡率为5%、平均手术时间为(18.20±0.99) min,插入线栓所需时间为(3.05±0.23) min,均低于A、B组(P<0.05).3组成功模型大鼠脑组织均显示有明确脑梗死病理改变.结论 C组大鼠所用的改良手术方法能明显降低手术难度,缩短手术时间,可更加快速、有效的制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型.
Objective To compare and evaluate the three different modified methods for establishment of middle cerebral artery occlusion model in rats.Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into group A,group B,and group C (n =20 each).The different methods were adopted to establish the middle cerebral artery occlusion models in the three groups.The success rate of model construction,postoperative mortality within 72 h,mean operative time and suture inserting time of each group were determined.72 h after operation,the brain pathological changes of alive rats were observed.Results The postoperative mortality within 72 h in group C was 5%,mean operative time was (18.20 ± 0.99) min,and mean suture inserting time was (3.05 ± 0.23) min,all significantly decreased as compared with groups A and group B (all P 〈 0.05).The success models of each group shown pathological changes of cerebral infarction.Conclusion The modified method of group C reduces the operating difficulty,shortens the operating time,and can establish model of focal cerebral ischemia in rats more rapidly and effectively.
