多亮氨酸重复区免疫球蛋白样蛋白基因家族和肿瘤关系研究进展

摘要 多亮氨酸重复区免疫球蛋白样蛋白（LRIG）基因家族含有3个成员：LRIG1、LRIG2及LRIG3[1].目前对该家族成员LRIG1的研究较多,对LRIG2、3的研究也逐渐受到关注.LRIG1被认为是一个抑癌基因,LRIG3也可能具有抑癌基因的功能,LRIG2作用则相反,可能是一种促癌基因.现就LRIG基因家族的发现,功能,其与人类肿瘤关系及作用机制的研究进展综述如下.
