摘要
基于孔庄矿千米混合深井马头门的破坏情况,分析了大断面软岩硐室的变形破坏及支护加固特点,提出了适用于深部软岩马头门加固技术原则及方案,并在现场进行了为期半年施工实践。通过对马头门变形、支护体受力及混凝土应变监测及分析,3个月后监测数据趋于稳定,并处于安全范围内,表明本加固技术能很好的适应深部软岩的变形特点,取得了良好的技术经济效果,具有在类似巷道条件下的推广应用价值。
Based on the destroy of thousand deep horse head door roadway, the deformation destroy and sup-port technology property of large section soft roadway were analyzed, the support technology rule and scheme of suitable to deep soft roadway were improved and applied in coal mine in-site.By analyzing to the deforma-tion, supporting material force and concrete strain of deep soft horse head door, all of the data change to stable and in the safety scope, result showed the support scheme were suitable to the deep soft roadway deformation property, gain the batter technology and economy result, and with the application value in approximately same roadway conditions.
