摘要
针对成都来福士广场超长自动扶梯,对初始方案和改进方案的结构设计进行了介绍.扶梯水平跨度达60m,中间无任何支承,属于超长跨度扶梯,结构设计难度较大.在不同的方案阶段,根据业主和建筑的不同要求,分别采用"十字形空间桁架+索网"和"圆管形空间桁架"两种结构形式,对其结构受力性能进行了分析.结果表明,两种方案的杆件强度和稳定、整体变形以及支座性能均满足结构规范和设备要求,均为可行方案.
This paper introduces the structure design of an overlong escalator in Chengdu Raffles Square. The horizontal span of escalator reaches 60m and there are no any intermediate supports, which belongs to overlong escalator with great design difficulty. In different structural scheme stage, according to different demands proposed by the owner and architects, two forms of structure are used and analyzed respectively which are the cross-shaped truss adding cable-net and the curved truss. The results indicate that the member strength and stability, global deformation and bearing performance of two structure schemes can satis- fy the structure design code and equipment requirement, which are both available options.
