通过观察法和文献资料法等研究方法,深入了解前手刺拳在拳击比赛中的运用及得分情况,并将有关数据详细记录,再结合比赛中的其它得分的拳法进行研究发现:在比赛中,前手刺拳技术的使用虽占很大比例,但有效得分却很少。以寻求前手刺拳在拳击比赛中优化运用的途径,从而更好地体现出前手刺拳在比赛中运用的价值。

This article through the methods of observation and literature research, analyses the application of forehand jab in boxing and scores, recording relevant data in detail, combining the other fist to score in the game. The study showed that in the game, the use of forehand jab technology was accounted for a significant proportion, but got very few effective score. To find a solution to the forehand jab optimization used in the boxing, to better reflect the technology of value used in the game.
