桑蒂复肝胶囊对D-半乳糖胺致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

Protection of Sangdi Fugan Capsule on Mice with D-GlaN-induced Acute Liver Injury

目的:研究桑蒂复肝胶囊对D-半乳糖胺(D-GlaN)致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:采用腹腔注射D-GlaN建立小鼠急性肝损伤模型,观察桑蒂复肝胶囊对小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平,肝组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量和肝组织病理学检查的影响。结果:与模型组对比,桑蒂复肝胶囊高、中剂量组能够显著降低小鼠血清ALT、AST水平,提高肝组织匀浆SOD活力,降低MDA含量,改善肝组织病理损伤程度(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:桑蒂复肝胶囊对D-GlaN致小鼠急性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。

Objective：to explore the protective effect of Sangdi Fugan Capsule on the mice with D-GlaN-induced acute liver injury.Methods：Mice models with acute liver injury were made by intraperitoneal injection of D -GlaN.Observe the effect of the capsule on ALT, AST in serum, SOD activity in liver sissue homogenate , MDA content and liver histopathology.Results：Compared to model group, Sangdi Fugan Capsule of high and low dosage groups could significantly decrease ALT and AST content , increase SOD activity, decrease MDA content, improve the injury of liver tissue （ P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01） .Conclusion：Sangdi Fugan Capsule hasan apparent protective effect on the mice with D-GlaN-induced acute liver injury.
