摘要
目的建立复方电解质注射液中存在干扰物质的情况下镁盐的鉴别方法。方法样品富集浓缩并加入无水乙醇溶解过滤的办法进行前处理,再按照中国药典附录镁盐的鉴别方法进行操作。结果镁盐鉴别反应在供试品中存在干扰物质的情况下,结果呈正反应。结论方法操作简单可行。
Objective To establish a method for identification of magnesium salt in Multiple Electrolytes Injection in the case of interfering substances exists. Methods Enriching the sample and using ethanol absolute to dispose. Results Magnesium salt identification was positive in the case of interfering substances exists. Conclusion Method was simple and reproducible,which can be used on Multiple Electrolytes Injection magnesium salt identification.
