摘要 2008年,针对阿卡波糖(100mg)能否作为中国新诊断T2DM患者初始单药治疗这一课题,杨文英教授牵头开展了Metformin and AcaRbose in Chinese as the initial Hypoglycaemic treatment(MARCH)研究,该研究是第一项在中国新诊断T2DM患者中头对头比较阿卡波糖和二甲双胍作为起始治疗选择的大型研究。其结果于2014年1月正式发表在《柳叶刀糖尿病与内分泌学》(Lancet Diabetes&Endocrinology)杂志上。该研究为中国新诊断T2DM患者初始治疗增添了新证据,并受到国外学者关注。
