摘要
目的:对胶原诱导性关节炎(collagen-induced arthritis,CIA)在不同品系小鼠(DBA/1小鼠和C57BL/6小鼠)的发病情况进行比较研究,以期寻找出一种适合制备CIA模型的小鼠品系。方法:用鸡Ⅱ型胶原(typeⅡcollagen,CⅡ)乳剂分别免疫DBA/1小鼠和C57BL/6小鼠诱导CIA,进行关节外观的观察及关节炎临床评分。结果:免疫后第31天,DBA/1小鼠出现关节红肿,关节炎临床评分升高,在第39天达到高峰。随着时间的推移,小鼠关节红肿等急性炎症现象有所减退。用改进方法免疫的C57BL/6小鼠于第21天开始出现关节红肿、临床评分升高现象。结论:在制备CIA模型时建议首选DBA/1小鼠。
Objective:Taking collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) as experimental subject,make comparative study on species to quest for the moderate method of making the CIA mice model. Methods:CIA model was induced by chicken type Ⅱcollagen (CⅡ) in DBA/1 and C57BL/6 mice. The joints of the mice were observed for clinical manifestation and clinical score of swelling. Results:Paw-swelling onset was on day 31 after the first immunization in DBA/1 mice. Clinical score for swelling of the paws reached peak on day 39 after the first immunization. As time went on , the acute inflammation of paws decreased. By using an improved method, paw-swelling onset was on day 21 after the first immunization in C57BL/6 mice. Conclusion:The DBA/1 mice were recommend for CIA animal model.
