浅谈房地产中的“关系”艺术

近年来,房地产行业不断成为大众关注的焦点。而政府作为土地的管理者,其一举一动都牵动着房地产行业的兴衰。因此,如何处理好与政府的关系,就成为每一个房地产商必须面对的问题。这种"关系"艺术对于房地产行业具有极其重要的作用。一方面,良好的"关系"有助于房地产开发经营过程中各个环节的顺利进行;另一方面,良好的"关系"能为开发商带来潜在的商业价值;同时,它对个人的职业生涯也产生重要的影响。房地产项目的开发,分为前期、中期、后期三个阶段。在每个阶段,"关系"艺术都有不同的表现形式。这种"关系"艺术贯穿于整个房地产活动中,既有其必要的一面,但同时也存在着消极的后果,对此需要辩证地看待。

At the same time, it also has an important impact on one＇s occupation career. The development of real estate projects is divided into early, middle and late stages. At each stage, the “relationship” has different forms of expressions. This kind of “relationship” throughout the real estate activities is necessary to some degree, but it also has negative consequences. Therefore, we have to see the problem dialectically.
