孙桂芝从“扶正培本”论治肿瘤思想探讨

文章介绍孙桂芝老师以"扶正培本"为主要治则治疗肿瘤,孙老师认为"肾为先天之本,脾为后天之本",临证治疗肿瘤少用大毒剧毒药物猛攻急攻,而是以健脾益肾为主,补益正气,调和气血,用药平和,有补有泻,以扶正为主,兼祛毒邪,缓建奇功,从而增强患者的抗病能力,提高放射治疗、化学治疗的疗效,缓解患者的相关症状,减轻放射治疗、化学治疗对于患者的毒副作用,从而延长患者的生存期,提高患者的生活质量。

Prof.Sun Guizhi＇s experiences in treatment of tumor were introduced in the paper.Prof.Sun believed that＂kidney is the congenital foundation and spleen is the acquired one＂.In clinical treatment,the drugs with big toxin and drastic action were less used.Instead,the drugs for strengthening spleen and benefiting kidney were the main components to tonify antipathogenic qi and regulate qi and blood.The drugs used were neutral and kept balance for reinforcing and reducing.As a result,the patient＇s ability for anti-disease and the efficacy of chemotherapy and radiotherapy were enhanced,the relevant symptoms were relieved and the toxic side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy were alleviated.Finally,the patient＇s life span is prolonged and the quality of life is improved.
