郑伟达教授辨证论治蛔虫病经验

Prof.Zheng Weida's Experiences in Treatment of Ascariasis

蛔虫病是蛔虫寄生于人体所引起的疾病,蛔虫寄生于肠道,导致脾胃健运失常,气机郁滞,并产生各种临床症状。郑伟达教授认为"湿""热""虚"是蛔虫于人体为病的内在原因,在此基础上,恣食生、冷等不洁饮食即可招致蛔虫乘虚而入。郑教授治疗蛔虫病首辨寒热,即寒证、热证、寒热错杂证,其中寒热错杂证是最常见的证型,临证喜用乌梅丸进行加减。文章介绍了郑伟达教授对蛔虫病病因病机的认识、辨证思路及常用方药"胆道蛔虫腹痛方"。

Ascariasis is caused by roundworm in intestinal tract,leading to dysfunction of spleen and stomach in transportation and transformation,qi stagnation,and then,many clinical symptoms occur.Prof.Zheng Weida believed that damp,heat and deficiency are the internal reasons of disease.Additionally,the row,cold and unclear food induce the invasion of roundworm.The disease is differentiated as cold pattern/ syndrome,heat pattern/syndrome and intermittent cold and heat pattern/syndrome.The last one is the most common.In clinic treatment,the modified wumei wan was commonly used.Prof.Zhang＇s recognition on etiology and pathogenesis of ascariasis and his common formula,dandao huichong fudong fang were introduced in the paper.
