基于红外热成像技术评价针刺循经筋阿是穴治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy on Knee Osteoarthritis Based on Evaluation of Infrared Thermal Imaging Technology on Ashi Points of Meridian Muscle Region with Acupuncture

目的采用红外热成像技术评价观察针刺循经筋阿是穴治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法将150例患者随机分成经穴组、经筋辨证组和结合组。分别针刺传统经穴、循经筋阿是穴及两者结合的方法治疗。观察三组患者的针刺疗效,同时采用红外热成像技术分析体表温度变化情况。结果针刺经筋辨证组和结合组的疗效明显优于经穴组(P<0.05),经筋辨证组和结合组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。通过红外热成像比较发现各组治疗前后各观察点的体表温度都有明显变化,部分观察点体表温度变化结合组明显高于经穴组和经筋辨证组(P<0.05),也有部分观察点体表温度经筋辨证组高于经穴组(P<0.05)。结论针刺循经筋阿是穴结合经穴治疗效果较好,红外热成像技术在KOA疗效评价中具有一定的意义。

Objective To observe the efficacy of acupuncture at Ashi points of meridian muscle region on knee osteoarthritis （KOA） with infrared thermal imaging technology.Methods One hundred and fifty patients were randomized into a meridian-point group （group A）,a meridian muscle region differentiation group（group B）and a combined group （group C）and treated with traditional meridian points with acupuncture,Ashi points along meridian muscle region and the combined therapy of acupuncture at meridian points and Ashi points separately.The efficacy of acupuncture was observed in the three groups and infrared thermal imaging technology was adopted to analyze the change in body surface temperature.Results The efficacy of the group B and the group C was apparently superior to that of the group A（P ＜ 0.05）.The difference in efficacy was not significant between the group B and the group C （P ＞ 0.05）.It was found with infrared thermal technology that the body surface temperature apparently changed at each observation point before and after treatment in each group.The temperature changes in a part of observation points in the group C were obviously higher than those in the group A and the group B （P ＜ 0.05）,and some temperature changes in the group B were higher than those in the group A （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture at Ashi points along meridian muscle region and meridian points achieves the better efficacy on KOA.The infrared thermal imaging technology presents the certain significance in KOA efficacy evaluation.
