精益管理理论在高校党建工作中的应用

精益管理是一种以"杜绝浪费、降低成本、提高效益"为目标,以"精确、细致、深入、规范"为特征的先进管理思想和管理文化。实施党建精益管理,既是有效解决当前党建实际问题的客观需要,也是提升党建科学化水平的重要途径。借助精益管理中的标准化作业、价值流分析、5S、目视化管理等理念方法,全面构建精益党建"四大"保证体系,有利于改变党建工作粗放的管理模式,推进党建工作目标定量化、任务具体化、过程规范化、考核精细化,不断激发党组织和党员的生机活力。

Lean management is one kind of advanced management philosophy and culture with the accurate, meticulous, in-depth, and normative characters aiming at eradicating waste, reducing cost, and improving efficiency. Applying lean management theory to the Party-building is both an objective requirement to solve the current actual the Party-building work problems, and an important approach to improve scientific level of the Party-building work. By using standard operation, value stream analysis, 5S, and visual management, and so on management concepts and methods belonging to lean management theory to construct an overall lean assurance system for the Party-building is helpful to change the extensive management mode of the Party-building, and to promote the objective quanti- fied, task specialized, process standardized, and evaluation elaborated of the Party-building, so as to inspire the Party and its members to keep vigorous and vital.
