老年2型糖尿病伴高血压患者血清25羟维生素D的变化及临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨分析老年2型糖尿病伴高血压患者血清25羟维生素D的变化及临床意义。方法老年2型糖尿病伴高血压100例患者的临床病例资料,将其作为观察组,另外随机选择100例无糖尿病病史的患者作为正常对照组,对比分析两组患者的常规生化指标、血清25(OH)D3水平。结果老年2型糖尿病伴高血压的观察组患者的血清25(OH)D3水平明显低于无糖尿病病史的正常对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病伴高血压患者血清25羟维生素D水平明显降低,二者呈负相关关系,血清25羟维生素D水平降低可增加糖尿病高血压病变的风险。
