摘要
以乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,以哌啶、雷尼镍及自制HLC-5助催化剂为多元催化体系,在氢气带压状态下连续加入正丁醛合成2-正丁基乙酰乙酸乙酯。考察了反应温度、加料时间、原料配比及助催化剂用量等因素对反应的影响,优化条件下,合成收率为86.5%,含量为95.2%,成本低,三废少。
Ethyl 2-butylacetoacetate was synthesized by the reaction of ethyl acetoacetate and n-butyraldehyde under hydrogen atmosphere catalyzed by piperidine/Raney-Ni/HLC-5. The effects of the reaction temperature, the addition rate of n-butyraldehyde, the ratio of reagents and the load of HLC-5 were investigated. The title compound was obtained in 86.5% yield (based on ethyl acetoacetate) and 95.2% purity under the optimized conditions.
