摘要 对焦脱镁叶绿酸a,脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯,紫红素-18及5-对羧基苯基-10,15,20-三间羟基苯基二氢卟吩金属络合物进行PEG-叶酸化修饰,得到了一系列水溶性和光稳定性较好的光敏剂,其结构经UV、IR、1H NMR、HPLC确证。 A series of photosensitizers, with better water solubility and light stability, were synthesized by modifying pyrophephorbide-a, purpurin-18, methyl pheophorbide-a and metal 5- (4-carboxyphenyl) -10,15,20- tris (3-hydroxyphenyl) chlorine with PEG-folate. Their structures were characterized by UV-Vis, IR, HPLC, 1H NMR spectra.
