高效液相色谱法测定柏椿颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Bochun Granules by HPLC

建立了柏椿颗粒中盐酸小檗碱含量的HPLC测定方法。采用Intersill ODS-3色谱柱,0.5%三乙胺水溶液（pH=3）-乙腈（v∶v=69∶31）为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长为350 nm。盐酸小檗碱在27.2~280.0 ng之间呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 7,n=5）,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.38%。柏椿颗粒中含盐酸小檗碱0.27%。方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该制剂中盐酸小檗碱定量分析方法。

A method for the determination of the content of berberine hydrochloride in Bochun granules was established with column of intersill ODS-3, mobile phase of water-acetonitrile （v：v=69：3 1, 0.5% triethylamine, pH=3） at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, column temperature of 35℃ and detecting wavelength of 350 nm. There is a good linear correlation in the content range from 27.2 to 280.0 ng （r=0.999 7, n=5） , with a mean recovery of 99.4% and RSD of 1.38%. This simple and accurate method can be used for quantitative analysis.
