摘要
对内墙乳胶漆的配方进行了研究,讨论了不同乳液、颜填料、成膜助剂和分散剂等市售产品对内墙乳胶漆耐擦洗性能的影响。结果表明,硅丙乳液的耐擦洗性能最好,纯丙和苯丙乳液次之,醋丙乳液较差。金红石型钛白粉比锐钛型钛白粉的耐擦洗性能好,但其成本较高。重质碳酸钙的粒径越小,涂膜的耐擦洗次数越少。体质颜料的用量过少,会影响漆膜的遮盖力和机械性能;用量过多,则漆膜易粉化,从而影响耐擦洗性能。成膜助剂可以显著改善漆膜的耐擦洗性能,市售成膜助剂醇酯12和巴斯夫7034分散剂的耐擦洗性能较好。
The formulation of interior latex paint was studied. The influence of different commercial products including emulsions, pigments/fillers, film-forming assistants, and dispersants on the scrub resistance of interior wall latex were discussed. It was found that the scrub resistance of silicon-acrylic emulsion is the best followed by pure acrylic emulsion and styrene-acrylic emulsion, and the worse is that of vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion. The coating with rutile titania has better scrub resistance than the coating with anatase titania, but higher cost. The smaller the grain size of heavy calcium carbonate is, the less the scrub number will be. Too small dosage of the extender pigment affects the covering power and mechanical properties of the coating, and if the dosage is excessive, the film is easily powdered leading to a decrease of scrub resistance. The film-forming assistant can remarkably improve the scrub resistance, and 2,2,4-trimethyl-l,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate and BASF 7034 dispersant, both available in the market, has better effectiveness.
