摘要
设计并制造了针对内孔类零件电刷镀修复的自动化脉冲流镀设备,其主要由镀笔主轴、三向数控工作台、镀液分离回收系统、工件夹具(以发动机连杆为例)、控制系统5部分组成。该设备能够为流镀过程提供脉冲(PC)和直流(DC)两种电源,可以精确控制镀笔3个方向的运动轨迹和速率,并能保证工作过程中6种镀液互不混合、循环利用。采用该脉冲流镀设备分别在直流电流和脉冲电流条件下制备了纳米复合镀层。与直流镀所得镀层相比,脉冲镀所得镀层更加均匀致密,Al2O3纳米颗粒含量更高,显微硬度更高,残余应力更低,耐磨性能更佳。
An automatic pulse flow plating machine was specially designed and made for the repair of inner-hole parts by electro-brush plating, which consists of five parts including plating pen shaft, three-way numerically controlled workbench, separation-recycling system of plating bath, clamp for workpiece (taking the connecting rod of engine as an example), and control system. The equipment can provide both pulse-current (PC) and direct- current (DC) power for flow plating. Not only the movement trail and rate of plating pen in three directions can be precisely controlled, but also the mutual separation and recycling of the six kinds of plating bath is ensured. The given pulse flow plating machine was used to prepare nanocomposite coatings respectively under direct and pulse current by electro-brush plating. Compared with the coating obtained using direct current, the one prepared with pulse current has uniform and compact surface, higher A1203 nanoparticles content, higher microhardness, lower residual stress, and better wear resistance.
