工件碱性镀锡后焊接性差的原因分析

摘要 针对碱性镀锡零件在装配过程中出现的焊接性差问题进行原因分析,并通过焊接实验使问题再现。结果表明,锡条阳极、中间镀层和锡层厚度是影响碱性镀锡工件焊接性的主要因素,中和工序和贮存时间则为次要因素。为制得具有良好焊接性的镀锡零件,电镀时应选用符合标准的锡条阳极,根据基体材料选择中间镀层,并且镀锡层厚度应在5μm以上。 The reasons for poor weldability appeared during assembly process of alkaline tin-plated parts were analyzed and the problems were reproduced through welding test. The results showed that tin bar anode, intermediate coating, and thickness of tin coating are the main factors influencing the weldability of alkaline tin-plated parts and the neutralization process or storage time is the secondary factor. In order to get tin-plated part with excellent weldability, the tin bar anode used in plating process should meet relevant standard, the intermediate layer should be selected based on substrate material, and the thickness of tin coating should be more than 5μm.
