摘要
社交网络是大数据方案解决和应用的引领者。文章以Facebook和腾讯这两个社交网络巨头为例,对比分析了其在大数据方案解决、战略体系、产品服务、盈利模式等方面的不同,得出Facebook对大数据的应用和挖掘比较深入,它所整合优化的大数据平台背后所蕴藏的商业价值得到了广告商的青睐,因而广告收入也成为它的主要盈利来源;而腾讯在大数据方面起步比较晚,但其创新能力比较强,开发了诸多服务产品,它的盈利主要来自于客户的增值服务,它对大数据的重视和战略布局,将为其发展注入新的活力。
Social networking is a great solution and a useful application of big data. The paper makes acomparative study of Facebook and Tencent, two giants of social networking, and discusses their differencesin solutions of big data, strategic systems, product services and profit modes. The results show thatFacebook has advantages in the applications and mining of big data, strategic systems, product services andprofit modes. The results show that Facebook has advantages in the applications and mining of big data, andthe potential business value hidden in the big data platforms it has built and integrated is preferred byadvertisers, so the advertising revenue has become the main source of its profit. Tencent started relativelylate in big data, but its strong ability of innovation makes it develop a lot of service products, so its profitderives mainly from the value-added services, meanwhile, its strategic layout to the big data will inject newvitality into the development of Tencent.
