摘要
针对大型压路机在作业过程中,存在着狭窄场地无法进行作业、施工道路的拐角及边缘处易留有"压实盲点"等问题,提出了基于TRIZ冲突解决原理的压路机创新设计方法。利用TRIZ的39个工程参数和40条发明原理所构成的矛盾冲突解决矩阵,对改进大型压路机作业中的不足时出现的技术冲突,提出了解决方案。结果表明:TRIZ理论的冲突解决原理在工程机械领域进行创新设计具有一定的可行性,并为传统工程领域的创新设计提供了理论工具。
During working process of road roller, there are some problems sueh as unable to operate at narrow site, compaction blind spot in the edge and corner area of construction road, so a innovation design method of road roller based on the conflict solving principle of the TRIZ was put torward. The contradiction conflict solving matrix using the 39 engineering parameters and 40 inventive principles of the TRIZ was applied to improve technologies of large road roller and the solution was proposed. The results show that the eontlict solving principle of the TRIZ theory has certain feasibility when carrying out innovation design in the field of engineering maehinery and provides theoretical tools for innovation design idea of traditional engineering field.
