难以实现规模经济效应是制约农村污水处理设施运营的关键因素之一。通过对北京市农村污水处理设施运行情况的调研,分析了影响农村污水处理设施运行的主要因素,并在探讨运行成本构成的基础上,提出了提高规模经济效应的主要途径。

There is a key restricting factor which is difficult to achieve economies of scale of the rural sewage treatment facilities operation. Through the investigation of Beijing rural sewage treatment facilities operation condition and the analysis of the main factors that influence the rural sewage treatment facilities operation, the main ways to improve the scale economic effect was put forward on the base of discussing the operation cost constitution.
