升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)常温启动试验分析

摘要 研究了升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器在常温下的启动过程。试验结果表明,在常温(21~29℃,属于低温厌氧)下,接种普通厌氧污泥,经过逐步增加反应器负荷,启动时长119天,出现部分细小污泥颗粒,运行稳定。此时,进水COD为5240mg/L,有机负荷13.14kgeod/(m^3·d),COD去除率最高达77.73%。出现的细小颗粒污泥呈黑色,粒径在0.5~1mm。 Studied the start - ap process about UASB at the Normal Temperature. The test results show that, the reactor appeared some small granular sludge and runs steadily, after inoculating some common anaerobic sludge, gradually increasing loading, and running 119 days, at normal temperature (21 -29 ℃, belongs to the low temperature anaerobic ). This moment, the CODCr removal efficiency of 77. 73% was achieved when influent CODCr was 5240mg/L. Some small granular sludge that is black and 0. 5 ~ 1mm was appeared.
