摘要
真空电渣熔炼具有脱氧性能好、防止金属氧化等众多优点。真空电渣炉的发展是冶金工作者关心的问题,但目前真空电渣炉的发展很慢。本文将分析真空电渣炉发展缓慢的原因、找出其问题并给出相应的发展方向和策略。
Vacuum electroslag melting (VEM) has many advantages such as good deoxidation performance, prevention of metal oxidation, etc. The development of vacuum electroslag furnace (VEF) has attracted an increasing attention of metallurgists. But VEF develops very slowly in recent years. In this study we will analyze the reason of slow development of VEF, seek the restricted problem, and give corresponding development method and strategy.
