全膝关节置换术后反常性脑栓塞的研究进展
摘要
在骨科手术术后，并发神经系统症状非常常见，择期手术中，发生率为3．6％-28．3％，股骨手术为4．0％～53．3％。在一项对4721例行关节置换术的患者的回顾性研究中，显示脑卒中的发生率为0．5％。最近一研究结果显示，单侧全膝关节置换术（total knee arthroplasty，TKA）术后，41％的患者出现明显的认知功能障碍。尽管目前对反常性脑栓塞（paradoxical cerebral embolism，PCE）的确切发生率尚不知晓，但可以肯定，部分病人脑梗塞的发生与PCE有关。
