摘要
采用实验方法针对某钢厂连铸二次冷却过程使用的气雾喷嘴进行射流特性测试,获得了气雾喷嘴射流过程中液滴直径、速度及液滴的索太尔平均直径分布特征,其中液滴的索太尔平均直径为125-155μm。研究了液滴的索太尔平均直径与喷嘴口韦伯数、雷诺数、无量纲喷射距离的对应关系。
The jet characteristics of air-mist nozzles used in secondary cooling zone of continuous casting were studied. The droplet diameter, impact velocity and Sauter mean diameter (SMD) distribution of air-mist jet were achieved. The Sauter mean diameter of droplet was 125-155 μm. The relationships between the Sauter mean diameter of droplet and the jet Weber number, Reynolds number, dimensionless jet distance were also studied.
