摘要
针对现有液位校核装置校核时间较长,对人体伤害较大放垫块时,有缝隙造成测量不准导致难以精准控制结晶器液位影响铸坯质量的有效提升,研制了一种新型液位校核装置。装置可快速、安全、精准地校核液位,现场使用效果良好。
The existing calibration device has the shortcomings of long calibration time and serious harm to human body. Moreover, the cushion blocks gap leads to inaccurate control of the mould level, the quality of casting slab thus cannot be improved effectively. The new calibration device was developed, which can calibrate the mould level fast, safely and accurately. The application effect is good.
