摘要
根据2012年本钢炼钢厂的新建设备板坯火焰清理机,对板坯火焰清理机上的MH-310型烧嘴的使用情况从技术角度进行详细的分析旨在提高烧嘴的使用寿命并使之发挥最大效能。介绍烧嘴的结构特点,工作原理;从现场的实际情况出发,阐述了烧嘴在建设时的安装调试过程,并分别从理论和实际两方面说明烧嘴的安全控制和使用时应注意的问题,根据清理机投产以来的烧嘴使用情况,详细描述烧嘴出现的故障,故障产生原因和采取的处理措施。说明结合本钢的现场状况所制定的相关的烧嘴定修维护规章制度和事故预防措施以及执行后的改进。
Based on the slab scarfer which was built in steel plant of Benxi Iron and steel Co. Ltd. in 2012, the service status of MH-310 burner was analyzed in detail, aiming to prolong service life of the burner and maximize its efficiency. The structure features and working principle of the burner were proposed firstly, and then the installation and trial run course of the burner during its construction were introduced according to the actual site status. The safety control and the issues should be paid attention in use were described from two aspects of theory and practice, and then the failure, causes and measures had been taken of the burner since it was put into production were described in detail based on its working status. Finally, the burner maintenance regulation, failure prevention measures and the improvement after the implementation of measures were introduced combined with the site situation.
