摘要
竹酢粉是将竹酢液经过糊精喷涂得到的固体粉末,相比竹酢液具有更好的保藏性、实用性。目前国内外关于竹酢粉在猪生产中的应用研究极少见。实验的目的是初步评价2种竹酢粉饲料添加剂的物理、化学性质,为进一步的猪体内实验积累资料。结果表明,饲料Ⅰ级竹酢粉与饲料Ⅱ级竹酢粉物理性质有明显区别;二者的pH则差异不显著(P=0.154)。GC-MS结果显示饲料Ⅰ级竹酢粉比饲料Ⅱ级竹酢粉含有更丰富的酮类、酚类化合物,可能在猪体内起到更好的杀菌效果。结论是饲料Ⅰ级竹酢粉更适合作为饲料添加剂应用于猪生产中。
Bamboo vinegar powder is the product of dextrin-spraying bamboo vinegar.It has better preservability and practicability in comparison with the fluid bamboo vinegar.The application of bamboo vinegar powder in pig breeding is rarely reported.The aim of this experiment is to evaluate the physicochemical property of two different types of bamboo vinegar powders as feed additive (feed additive level Ⅰ & Ⅱ),and to accumulate basic knowledge for future in vivo research.The results showed that the physical property of level Ⅰ bamboo vinegar powder and level Ⅱ bamboo vinegar powder is obviously different,while,their pH values were not significantly different(P =0.154).The outcome of GC-MS suggested that level Ⅰ bamboo vinegar powder consisted of richer ketones and phenols,which may exert better anti-bacterial effect than level Ⅱ in pigs.In conclusion,level Ⅰ bamboo vinegar powder has greater potential to be used as pig-feed additive.
