摘要
通过实验揭示黄秆乌哺鸡竹化学成分在不同的时期的规律变化:(1)笋壳及笋的1%氢氧化钠抽出物及灰分在整个生长周期是最高的;(2)综纤维和硝酸乙醇纤维及苯醇抽出物总体上来说是逐年积累的而1%氢氧化钠抽出物和热水抽出物及灰分是逐年下降的;(3)同一年龄的不同部位的各种含量并没有呈现出很明显的差异分布。
This experiment aims to reveal the changes in the chemical composition of Phyllostachys vivax f.aureocaulis at different development stage.The results showed that the contents of 1% NaOH extractive and ash of bamboo shoots and shells were the highest in the whole growth period.The contents of holocellulose,Nitric-acid and alcohol cellulose increased year by year,while that of alkali extractive,hot water extractive and ash decreased yearly.The chemical compositions in different bamboo parts were not significantly different.
