国内图书馆多元文化服务的研究内容、存在问题与对策

Research Contents, Problems and Countermeasures of Library Multicultural Services in China

国内图书馆多元文化服务研究起步较晚,并且不够深入。其研究内容主要集中在对国外研究的梳理、对少数文化群体信息需求的调研及对国内开展图书馆多元文化服务的相关建议3个方面,并主要存在服务对象的界定模糊、对开展服务的必要性与侧重点缺乏认知、国外引进存在价值偏差等问题。因此,国内开展的图书馆多元文化服务应加强指导性文件的制订,注重多元文化馆员的培养及针对不同对象合理开展服务。

The research on library multicultural services started late and is not deep enough in China. These research contents mainly focus on three aspects of hackling the foreign research, the survey on information needs of minority cultural groups and related suggestions for developing library multicultural services in China, and exists some problems, such as the fuzzy definition of the service object, the lack of the cognition of the necessity and the emphasis point of developing services, the value deviation of introducing the foreign research, and so on. Therefore, library multicuitural services that are developed in China should strengthen the formulation of guidance documents, pay attention to the training of multicultural librarians and develop services reasonably according to different objects.
