中药内服配合穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎90例观察

Observation on 90 Cases of Allergic Rhinitis Treated by Oral Medicinal Herbs Combined with Point-application Therapy

目的:观察中药内服配合穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:90例分成两组,治疗组45例用截敏汤加减内服配合中药穴位贴敷,对照组45例用鼻炎康、雷诺考特喷雾剂治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组82.2%,对照组53.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服配合穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎疗效满意。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Acupoint Application in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods ： 90 cases of allergic rhinitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 45 cases in the treatment group, combined with acupoint application＇ therapy with traditional Chinese medicine, we selected sectional sensitivitydecoction.45 cases of the control group, using Biyankang, Rhinocort spray treatment. Results The total effective rate was 82.22% in the treatment group, the total efficiency of 53.33% in the control group, by chisquare test, the total efficiency of two groups hadsignificant difference （ P〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion： the treatment of allergic rhinitis in traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint sticking, curative effect satisfaction.
