中药药线拖挂治疗高位复杂性肛瘘疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on High Complex Anal Fistula Treated by Chinese Medicinal Thread Drawing and Hanging Technique

目的:观察中药药线拖挂治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:治疗组32例用自制中药药线拖线配合橡皮筋挂线,对照组30例单用橡皮筋挂线。结果:两组愈合时间治疗组(25.2±1.8)d、对照组(32.5±2.2)d,治愈率治疗组90.6%、对照组80%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药药线拖挂治疗高位复杂性肛瘘疗程短,疗效好。

objective： in order to improve the clinical curative effect of high complex anal fistula.Methods ： our department from June 2011 to March 2014 treated with herbal medicine line drag hang high complex anal fistula, design of the treatment group 32 cases, using self-made herbal medicine line drag line with a rubber band to hang line; the control group 30 cases simply hang line with a rubber band.Results ： the healing time of the two groups （ d ） , Treatment group S 25.2 ± 1.8 d, control group S 32.5 ± 2.2 d; the cure rate of the two groups （ % ） ： treatment group was 93.8%, the control group （ 80% ） , By x2 test between groups （ P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion： Chinese medicine line drag hang in the treatment of high complex anal fistula can shorten the treatment course, improve the curative effect.
