中西医结合治疗原发性高血压2级(中危组)疗效观察

目的:观察半夏白术天麻汤加味方联合依那普利片治疗原发性高血压2级(中危组)痰瘀互结证的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组口服半夏白术天麻汤加味方联合马来酸依那普利片,对照组口服马来酸依那普利片,两组均治疗4周,观察两组治疗前后血压、中医症状变化。结果:血压疗效总有效率治疗组93.1%,对照组74.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医证侯疗效总有效率治疗组89.7%,对照组74.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤加味方联合西药治疗原发性高血压2级(中危组)有较好效果。

Objective： To observe the banxiabaizhutianma decoction combined with enalapril maleate tablets in the treatment of hypertension 2 level （risk group） the clinical curative effect of combined phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods ： 60 patients were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group oral banxiabaizbutianma decoction combined with Enalapril Maleate Tablets treatment, the control group oral Enalapril Maleate Tabletstreatment.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.To observe the changes in blood pressure, symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment. Results： treatment group total effectiveness 93.1%, the comparison group total effectiveness 74.1%, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; TCM syndrome curative effect, the total effective rate of treatment group 89.7%, control group, the total efficiency of 74.1%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： banxiabaizhutianma decoction combined with western medicine in treating hypertension 2 level （risk group） have better effect.
