摘要
以四氯化钛为主要原料,采用微波辅助法制得TiO2光催化材料。运用X射线衍射线、紫外可见光漫反射、拉曼光谱及扫描电子显微镜等多种方法进行表征和分析。结果表明,采用微波辅助法能够获得纳米TiO2,且微波法能够制备出和常规加热法同样的产品,但微波加热快捷省时。焙烧温度对TiO2结构和光催化活性有重要的影响。微波焙烧较适宜的温度为400~600℃。
The test got titanium dioxide photocatalytic materials by employing titanium tetrachloride as the main raw material and microwave-assisted method. The representations and analysis were done by using X-ray diffraction line, Ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection, Raman spectrum, scanning electron microscope and other methods. The results showed that nano-titanium dioxide can be gained by using microwave-assisted method. Besides, we the product can get by employing microwave as much as by using conventional heating. However, the heat used by microwave was fast and saving time. Calcination temperature plaied the crucial role on titanium dioxide' s structure and photocatalytic activity. 400—600℃ was the appropriate temperature for microwave roasting.
