摘要
以四氢呋喃为溶剂,65℃下,用氢化铝锂还原萜烯马来酸酐,得到还原产物萜烯二醇。通过研究反应温度与时间、不同的溶剂、不同的还原剂等因素对合成反应的影响,确定了最佳合成反应条件,并经FT-IR、GC-MS表征了萜烯二醇的化学结构,同时探讨了还原过程的反应机理。该化合物为淡黄色固体,其羟值为:420.5mgKOH/g.
The product terpene glycol was synthetized by the reduction of terpene maleic anhydride used lithium aluminium hydride in THF media under 70℃. Through the resarch that the influence of different solvents, reaction temperature and time, and different factors such as reducing agent on synthetic reaction, the optimum synthesis conditions were determined. The chemical structure of terpene diol was characterized by FT - IRand GC - MS, and the reaction mechanism of the reduction process was discussed. This compound was light yellow solid, the hydroxyl value was 420.5 mgKOH/g.
