摘要
为了制备靶向型药物载体,以壳聚糖和赖氨酸为原料,1-乙基-3-(3-二甲胺丙基)碳二亚胺(EDC)为活化剂,合成了一种新化合物壳聚糖-赖氨酸缀合物(CS-Lys)。采用红外光谱确证了CS-Lys的化学结构,热分析(TG/DTA)结果表明,CS-Lys具有较好的热稳定性,是一种有开发潜力的药物中间体。
In order to prepare the targeting drug carrier, a new compound of chitosan lysine conjugate (CS-Lys) was prepared by interaction between chitosan (CS) and L-lysine (L-Lys) using etbyl-3-(3-dimethylamine propyl) carbodii mine (EDC) as activator. The chemical structure of CS-Lys was confirmed by FTIR. The results of thermal analysis (TG/ DTA) showed that the CS-Lys had a good thermal stability. The CS-Lys seemed to be a very potential drug intermediate.
